SHIPPING POLICY

We ship items via USPS . Standard shipping takes approximately 3-5 days transit time. Tahoe Ski Girl is not responsible for missing packages, delays in shipping or charges incurred for refused packages. The carrier may have placed it in a safer location. Be sure to check your mailbox, front and back porches, or with your building's mailroom. Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as delivered prior to dropping it off. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the carrier. If a package is lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are able to accept items in resellable condition. We kindly ask that tags are still attached. Tahoe Ski Girl is not responsible for damages made to the product in shipping or in customer’s possession.  Tahoe Ski Girl has a 30 day return or exchange policy for online orders. Once your returned item is received, your item will be inspected and approved (if applicable) for a refund. You will receive a refund email for your item, minus the cost of the return label. If you have any questions please reach out at info@tahoeskigirl.com. Please allow 2-3 business days for your item to be processed and a refund or exchange to be issued once your package has arrived at our store.

We are happy to help with a size exchange for apparel. Due to our limited stock, there may be a chance that your item is no longer in-stock or on order. But we are always available to check our inventory and help you choose another option
